Burgundy Rubber Plant or Rubber Fig (Ficus Elastica) is a large tree with wide, oval, glossy leaves. This version of a rubber plant is unique in its leaf colour. From rich burgundy red to almost black, she’s a statement piece. Young trees, like the ones we sell, better adapt to indoor living than more mature trees. If you want a big tree make sure to keep repotting in larger pots or keep in small pots and prune to control the size.
