Light
She can adapt to low light but prospers in bright, indirect light throughout the year. Harsh, intense sunlight will burn her leaves, while too little sunlight will cause the leaves to turn pale green and smaller.
Water
Water just enough to maintain the soil moist, but not soggy or saturated. Don’t worry if you forget to water her as she can tolerate the occasional missed watering.

Use well-aerated potting soil. if the soil is heavy and doesn’t drain well, add a little pumice or perlite to the mix. To make your plant extra comfortable, allow it to be root-bound in a small pot. When the roots have filled the pot, move to the next size up and nothing larger.
