Living Stone

Lithops are a beloved addition to any succulent collection. Truncate Living Stone (Lithops Pseudotruncatella) has a stone-like appearance making it a treasured plant among collectors. While Lithops look different than other succulents they are just as easy to care for with their low-maintenance routine. All it takes is a single Lithop and before you know it, you have a garden full of Living Stones. 

Plant Size Guide

Extra Small: 2 – 2.5 inch standard nursery pot

Small: 3.5 – 4 inch standard nursery pot. 

Medium: 5 -6 inch standard nursery pot.

Large: 7 – 8 inch standard nursery pot.

Light

Constant light.

Water

Very drought-tolerant. Water more in the summer months (possibly weekly depending on your location) and no watering in the winter months. Allow the soil to fully dry between waterings. Water thoroughly until the soil is saturated and excess water is fully drained from the drain hole. 

Plant Specific Care

Soil should be loose and ventilated. The top layer of soil can be normal or decorative. The middle layer of soil needs to be packed with nutrients. Due to their harsh natural environment, they don’t require fertilizer. However, some people like to give them a boost during flower season to encourage blooming
