Thyme

Thyme is a fragrant herb that smells like summer. It’s easy to grow and adds a savoury note to summer soups, grilled meats, and vegetables. It’s also believed to have strong healing powers.

Thyme can grow in the ground or in a container. Either is left outside in wintertime. New leaves will emerge within the early spring.
